As part of activities marking Innovate Solutions’10th Anniversary celebration, the company extended its commitment to community development through a series of meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives held across Accra and Kumasi.
Rooted in the anniversary theme, “Rooted in Service, Growing with Purpose,” the company demonstrated its belief that service extends beyond business; it is also about giving back and making a difference in the lives of others, especially the localities within which we operate.
Community Impact through Cleaning, Education and Care
In Accra, the company’s operations team, management and the administrative staff joined forces for a massive clean-up exercise on the 16th of August 2025 at the Maamobi Polyclinic, a public healthcare facility located within the same Municipal assembly. The exercise focused on general cleaning and sanitizing key areas of the hospital environment to promote hygiene and a safe atmosphere for patients and staff. This initiative underscored Innovate’s professional roots in environmental care and cleaning services.
Prior to the above exercise, on the 18th of July 2025, the management team and the admin staff donated stationery and learning materials to Newtown Experimental A/B Basic School, supporting pupils with the tools they need to excel academically. This gesture, as an HR company, reflected our advocacy for quality education and child development within under-resourced communities.
Further reinforcing its compassion for the less privileged, the company’s HR Department on the 20th of August, led a special engagement at the Chosen Children’s Centre, an orphanage located in Darkuman, Accra. Staff interacted with the children through mentorship talks, fun games, and shared meals while presenting items including food supplies, toiletries and drinks.
Extending a Hand of Care to Kumasi
In Kumasi, where Innovate has a growing clientele and staff base, the team visited the Kumasi Children’s Home on the 25th of July 2025, donating essential items such as food, water and toiletries. The visit created memorable moments of joy and connection between staff and children, reinforcing the company’s belief that true service includes compassion.

Speaking on the various CSR initiatives, Mr. Akwasi A. Tandoh, Managing Director, highlighted that these activities were undertaken not just as one-off gestures, but as part of Innovate’s long-term purpose-driven strategy.
“As a company rooted in service, we believe our impact must go beyond our clients to touch lives in our communities. These activities reflect who we are, a brand that grows with purpose,” he remarked.
