Innovate Solutions Ltd. marked a significant milestone in its journey, a decade of service excellence and purpose-driven growth with a grand celebration held at the Tang Palace Hotel in Accra. The event, themed “Rooted in Service, Growing with Purpose,” brought together clients, partners, staff, board members, vendors and friends of the company to celebrate 10 remarkable years of dedication, innovation, and impact.
A Celebration of Service and Partnership
In his address, the Managing Director reflected on the company’s humble beginnings, its growth across multiple service lines, and the collective contribution of stakeholders that made the journey possible.
“Ten years ago, a small but bold seed was sown with a vision to redefine support services integrity and excellence in Ghana. We started without fanfare, without guarantees but with a conviction. Our aim was not to merely exist but to excel. And today, I see the fruits of resilience, of lessons learned and of challenges surmounted. The seed has grown into a trusted brand, impacting businesses and lives across Ghana,”
He expressed deep gratitude to clients, staff, regulators, vendors and the board for their staunch support. A special recognition was extended to Fidelity Bank Ghana, the company’s first repeat client, for their continued partnership and trust.
Recognizing People and Partnerships
The night was filled with awards, appreciation and entertainment, celebrating the people who have contributed to the company’s success. Long-serving staff members, founding members, and loyal clients were all honoured for their dedication and collaboration over the years.
The event also featured a special toast and inspiring performances that highlighted the joy and gratitude surrounding the occasion.
Celebrating in Kumasi – A Prelude to the Grand Event
Before the main event in Accra, the company’s management team extended the celebration to its clients and staff in Kumasi. The Kumasi engagement featured appreciation dinners for staff on 24th July at the Ridge Condos Hotel, and client appreciation dinner at the Lancaster Hotel, as well as a CSR donation to the Kumasi Children’s Home, where essential supplies were presented to support the welfare of the children.
These activities not only strengthened relationships but also reflected the company’s deep commitment to people and community, the very foundation upon which Innovate has built its legacy.

The celebration ended with a thanksgiving service at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Kokomlemle filling us with new energy and optimism for the future, as the team looks forward to the next decade of growth and impact.
